This Privacy Policy explains what information The Creator Coach ("we") collects when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account info: email address and authentication data when you sign up.
• Content you submit: video files you upload or links you paste, and the campaign rulebooks you create.
• Derived data: transcripts, sampled frames, and AI-generated verdicts/scores produced from your submitted content.
• Usage data: basic product analytics (e.g. feature usage, error logs) to keep the Service running and improve it.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide the core Service — running checks and coaching on your submitted videos.
• Maintain your account and enforce plan limits.
• Improve accuracy of the underlying AI review pipeline.
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service.

4. Third-Party Processors

To provide the Service, submitted video/audio and derived text are sent to third-party AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) for transcription and analysis, and to our hosting/infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase, Vercel, Railway) for storage and compute. These providers process data under their own terms and only as needed to deliver the Service to you.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and submitted content — including raw video files, transcripts, sampled frames, and AI-generated results — for as long as your account is active. When you request account deletion (see "Your Choices" below), we delete your personal data and submitted content, including stored video files, within 30 days, except where a short additional period is needed for backups, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

6. Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — including full account deletion — by contacting us at creatorcoach0@gmail.com. We'll confirm and process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
