Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using The Creator Coach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What the Service Does
The Creator Coach analyzes video content you submit — via uploaded file or a link you provide — and returns automated feedback, including compliance checks against a brand's campaign rules and/or coaching feedback on content performance. Results are generated by an AI model and are provided "as is." The Service does not guarantee that a video passing our automated check will be approved by any brand, platform, or third party, and does not guarantee any performance or sales outcome from coaching feedback.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping it up to date.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of any video, audio, or other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze it solely to provide the Service to you. You confirm you have the necessary rights to submit Your Content and that doing so doesn't violate any third party's rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to submit unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, or use it in a way that violates the terms of any third-party platform (including TikTok) whose content you submit.
6. Plans, Limits & Payment
Free-plan usage is limited as described in the product. Paid ("Pro") plans are billed as disclosed at checkout and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you've been billed in error, contact us at creatorcoach0@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge and we'll review it in good faith. We may change plan pricing with notice; continuing to use the Service after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automated verdicts and coaching feedback are generated by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or miss context a human reviewer would catch. You're responsible for your own final compliance and business decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Creator Coach and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you're on the free plan. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting us at creatorcoach0@gmail.com (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
